How the 2027 $2,400 cap works at the pharmacy
The cap counts what you pay at the pharmacy for covered drugs. It applies to drugs on your plan's formulary at a preferred pharmacy, so we check both for every Bixby client before AEP closes December 7.
What you spend in that pharmacy in deductible and co-pays out of pocket, the maximum that can be in a calendar year, in 2027, will be $2,400 maximum, as long as you have a prescription that is on your prescription drug plan's formulary and you're at a preferred pharmacy.
